As part of the work in building capacity in HIPC Governments, the CBP has prepared a series of publications on technical issues relating to aspects of debt strategy analysis and implementation. These publications synthesise information in a way that is relevant for HIPC officials on a daily basis. They also comprise a key component to the CBP training materials for workshops.
